I've put together a few frequently asked questions to help you with some queries you might have - if your question isn't answered here, don't hesitate to get in touch!

When will your shop update?

The shop will update sporadically (at the moment) when stock allows - I will give plenty of warning and updates on my Newsletter (sign up below) and over on my Instagram and Facebook page - @freckleandfernceramics

Do you take custom orders?

I don't currently take commissions, but please keep an eye on my social media for when that day might come!

Can I put my mug in the dishwasher/microwave?

As with anything, just because it can fit in the microwave/dishwasher, doesn't mean it should go in there. You will greatly increase the time you have with your beloved pottery if you don't put it in the microwave and wash it by hand.

My item arrived broken, what now?

These things happen, no biggy! Just drop me an email within 48 hours of receiving your item, and I'd be happy to send you a new one (please allow up to 8 weeks) or reimburse you.

Do you ship internationally?

I DO INDEED! There will be additional costs for those outside of the United Kingdom, but I will do my best to keep these costs as low as possible whilst also not compromising on quality couriers and eco-friendly packaging.

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage is calculated at checkout dependant on the weight of the items you’re buying. All orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail.
